SUGARLOAF TOWNHOUSES LLC RULES AND REGULATIONS
All members, their guests and/or their renters are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations as published by the board of directors. These are intended, not to be unreasonably restrictive to anyone individual or group of individuals. Rather, they are in existence to promote and provide each and every person who visits the townhouses with a peaceful and enjoyable experience.
Visitors and renters should know that failure to adhere to all rules and regulations can result in fines being imposed upon the owner of the offending unit in varying amounts between $ 25.00 and $100.00 per violation.
